Title: Poor quality replacement parts

Fitted a new Lucas Girling rear brake cylinder last March and is is now leaking all over my recently fitted brake shoes  :evil:

Rang the supplier and he said I must have dirty fluid.... bl**dy cheek! Told him it had new master cylinder, calipers, and rear cylinders all at the same time and it has been bled through since to. He conceded and has sent out a replacement FOC. Should think so too!

I thought that was a good make being OE fitting?

SHould have sent you a new set of shoes too then, if he admits the unit was faulty

Threw it all on Saturday evening. Good to have brakes again!
