my disco 2ootdi is very sluggish when you go to take up drive tryed turning up fuel pump didnt notice any change
i think i did it right cam bels was replaced 10k ago new fuel filter 3mths ago i am running 235,85,16 insa turbo sharas if that mehes any diffrence anyone got any idea

Two things come to mind... the larger tyres will impact on your pull away power... and clutch slip.
The former is easily fixed... go back to standard tyres! =; [-X 8-[
The later is more complex. It could be that your clutch is slipping slightly when put under pressure (such as pulling off) but still has enough grip to cope with normal driving. I which case.. all you can do is replace it.
I'm sure someone with a far more accurate suggestion will be along shortly but diesel veicle performance is pretty subjective... don't suppose you've done a "0-60" test... assuming you have a stopwatch that measures weeks?

lol make sense to me that does new clutch 5 mths ago will see what its like when i do the london to brighton i stick as set of road tyres on but will do a o to 60 with both sets to see the diffrence thanks skidbum

just a thought.... have you got a winch bumper, winch and rock sliders fitted?
if so, the extra weight could have something to do with it. mine is pretty slow till the turbo kicks in and i put it down to the weight!!
