Title: Just saying hello, newbie please be gentle

Hi all just to say hello, I got recommended to this site so here I am. I have a series 3 109 hardtop at the moment which I found in a field about 2 months ago. Since then I have fiddled, wired and in 1 instance blown up a few bits. Subject to a bit of welding (hopefully on Thursday) should be MOT'd soon so I can play.

Sounds like your having fun already. Welcome to the club. Lots of help in the vehicle sections. Just ask i always feel im asking some stupid questions at times but you will always get a good answer

Hi bobtail jay are you the same person that has had 72 pages generated elsewhere on the subject of leaving? Cool I've spoken to a legend!

Yepp thats Me :lol:, Got to 72 pages then when i last looked it was at 37
