Title: Fitting a CAT 2 Immobiliser

I need  CAT 2 thatham immobiliser thingy.  Does anyone know if you can do it yourself (wiring knowledge okay, not perfect) and if so where can you get a kit??  :?

If you cant do it yourself, where is cheapest and best??  :?

Any advice gratefully recieved!!  :D  :D

Hi mate, your insurance company will want a certifcate stamped by an approved fitter. They always ask to see mine.

I could give you the number of the fellar who fitted mine, he's based in North Harrow, but is mobile so could come to you.

Try GAP security, we've had ours on 2 years and it's been faultless.  Just had it upgraded to CAT1, bit annoying at times (the alarm) but good service and good price.
