Hi,
Were currently bobtailing my range rover, all the cuts have been done and surfaces were angle grinded off ready for welding.
We offered the rear back up to the truck and everything lines up perfectly apart from the beam bit that the roof sits on. This is about 15mm lower so I guess the rear of the truck isn't as tall as the bit just behind the rear doors.
Has anyone had this problem before?? If so how did you solve it as I don't want to have to bodge it up!
I've explained this really badly so hope you can understand what I'm on about!
Cheers

The back of the car tapers downwards and inwards form the back of the doors, you don't notice it but it's why the Disco looks so back-end-heavy in comparison.

Have you got any pics we can look at? :?

I will get some photos of it when I get home later so you can have a look. The truck isn't on the road so it doesn't have to be perfect, but its my college project so needs to look kind of tidy!
Cheers

get plenty of fibreglass sheets and resin. and some body filler. you can make it look as tidy as you want.
