those spinney roundy things on top of vans like police dog vans etc. They have an opening either side and catch the wind on the van roofs and spin round allowing air into the inside.
any one got any ideas what they are called as in ebay I have tried air vents and roof vents in car parts but nothing comes up.
I need 1 for my new toy to kep my dog alive! Or has anyone got 1 going spare?

The point is that I bet everyone knew exactly what you were talking about so it was a perfect description
