Title: All those BFG All terrain users out there!!!

Im currently running mine at 24psi for on road is this about right?

I run mine at 24psi aswell, dont know whether this is right or not, but gives a good balance between on and off road

that is the exact factory recomended pressure,28 and 35.

Post by: Ollie on April 02, 2009, 19:18:44: 24 doesn't seam enough, I was recommended by the garage that fit my Goodyear MT's to run at the same LR recomendations.
This has worked well for me off and on road. I think at 24 you might have some uneven wear on long road journeys, (and maybe slightly worse mpg)

Post by: jjsaul on April 02, 2009, 19:33:57: used to run 25front/30rear, then had to tow a heavy trailer so put them up to 30/35 and kept them there since then and they're fine.

Post by: clbarclay on April 03, 2009, 23:37:15: One option for selecting tyre pressure is to check the tyre wear with chalk, its been explained on here a few times before. Also after a drive check the tyres temperature, if it gets particuarly hot (compare against other vehicles with standard tyres+loads+pressures) then its obviously the pressure is too low.
