Northants Club Night has 3 new things:-
1. New night
2. New week
3. New venue
Start time is the same 7 to 7:30.
The new night is Thursday, the new week is the last Thursday of the month, and the new venue is Billing Mill.
So the next meet is Thursday 29th January 2009
at Billing Mill, The Causeway, Great Billing, Northampton, NN3 9EX
As always anyone is welcome, please ask any member of staff where we are and you will be directed to our own special area.
I hope everyone will enjoy this venue, its very pleasant indoors during the winter and has an Al Fresco area for summer dining all overlooking the lakes at Billing Marina, meals are all two for the price of one and are very good value, so obviously if you intend to eat there please grab yourself a buddy to reduce the cost.
There is a height barrier on the entrance but after checking the signed height is 7½ ft but in reality is nearer 8ft.
DO NOT PARK ON THE GRASS, otherwise the manageress gets annoyed.
Parking Area.
After you go under the height barrier then over the bridge, turn to your right when you get to the building - follow the road round the back, there is ample parking for us beyond the disabled bays.
Regards
Frank your friendly Regional Rep.
Please note that the postcode is not quite correct but its the nearest I can get to it.

a handy Tip
dont park on the grass, we did at our meeting as they ran out of spaces (due to an excess of 4x4s!) , and the land lady gave us some feedback about it!
-
Ah, she did mention about not parking on the grass Dave, now I know why. :)

Sorry you had to work Rob, I know how that feels. ;)
We had a reasonable time I think, you and Stuart were missed as was Alan but it sometimes happens that way.
See you next time. :)

Wellllllllllllllllllll u know i couldnt get the radio out to start off with? i still couldnt find any keys so i went back to basics and used a flat head screwdriver and attacked the dash  in anger and got it out. cut all the extra earths for the screen to work and checked the fuses on the radio there was 2 in line on it, still nothing worked so i went back to the fuse panel it was actualary the aux trailer socket that had been crushed at some point and was burnt to a cinder inside with wet mud and other horrid shlob so had to cut it off and isolate the wires and that was it everything back to normal yayyy
cya at next meet with the next fault lol
