whats your thoughts please .........
my missis has a 89 f 3.5 efi v8
it started to play up last week with cold starting , like the auto choke wasnt working , when it was warm it ran fine
now it dosent like running when warm ? its will not idle and splutters when rev'd
iv had a little play with it , changed the air flow meter and it was running fine , my missis drove it , when she came back it was running rough again
also changed the injector thats in the inlet manifold with no difference
any thoughts with this ? not had much experiance with the landy v8

Have you remvoed a spark plug or 2 to see if its running rich/lean etc?
-
it seems to wet the plugs up very easy if u dont keep it running
-
no idears with this ?????
it looks like its over fueling , if u dont keep the revs up when started it will flood also when it does run its popping lots
where ment to be green laning on sunday so trying to figure out whats wrong asap

It may be the engine temp sensor for the EFi is broken. I'm pretty sure that was what was causing mine similare problems a while ago. They are cheap enough to replace.

Sounds like temperature sensor to me too. Cheap enough to change and eliminate at least :)

iv had a play around
to me it was like a air flow problem , as when u disconected the air flow meter it would idle perfect just not rev
as iv all rady tryed 2 meters i doubt it was that , so i changed the "extra air valve" i was given a sack of air flow meters sensors and ecu's when my missis bought the truck !!
since iv changed the extra valve it seems to be running lots beter , it still stalls sometimes tho
the temp sensor for the ecu is one of the two that are just infront of the thermostat housing ?
