how to fit on disco 200 tdi,do you keep the sills or not please help

how do you mean then? if you go on workshop articles and look at my build on the sliders would that clear stuff up for you?????

sorry i mean yes got some 3x3 box but don't want to loose ground clearance

right, the ones i made were 3x2 and there fine
you have to take off the plastic sill capping and if your going to make them i would make a "c section" that BOLTS around the sill and weld on to that. will take a little more work but will be better tha nwhat i have done
