Just fitted new breathers to gearbox etc , now need to run the main one up the snorkel what's best route on a 200tdi.

I managed to sneak mine up the bulkhead with some cable ties then through the area where theres a small runner seal below the windscreen, then out by the top corner of the bonnet!

I drill holes :)

One into the 'scuttle' area where the wiper spindles are and then one in the inner wing so that you can run the breather pipe up the side of the snorkel.

It's a pity nobody makes a snorkel with the option to connect the breathers to it in the engine bay - mind you I guess the risk of water finding its way backwards into the axle and thence up the breather pipe would make that a very bad idea!

Thanks, i drilled the wiper panel and did it that way, the light bar wires also run up it , just need to get some more cable ties as it's starting to look like the back of the TV. I also found that roof and gutter sealer makes great grommets,  much better than silicone.
