what do the yellow blobs above the avtar mean????????????

I think that it's something to do with the new ranking system . . .

As I've got two yellow blobs can I have little eyes in them that follow the cursor around the screen ??

Marvellous, years ago couldn't wait to get rid of blackheads and now.... I've a yearning for em back...
