does anyone know of a how to on building diffs as i eep blowing them up and can only think it is because there is somthing im doing wrong when building them as im running vit r+p in the rear and am getting so cheesed off with it that im thinking of going back to standard. oh yeah and hello to all as im new on ere

yes i am  but the standard vit front diff goes straight in so i havnt got mess with that

sounds like a pre-load issue to me
if you can afford it pm suzukishrek on the difflock or shropshire-suzuki forums he does it for a living and might be able to help you

when you are swapping all the bits over into the sammy rear axle are you using a new new crush collers for the pinion? or using the old ones fitted?

you want to rebuild one in to the front sammy diff case to. the alloy vit one is'nt the strongest.. as my mate keeps finding out!! 3 alloy diff and now he's rebuilt one in to sammy caseing ;)
