Title: getting hot
Post by: NEILH on July 25, 2008, 21:37:17
hi all ,

i have noticed when out playing latly the vits (16v injection)been getting hot/ boiling when working hard ( high reving), she has a viscuse fan, can i fit a electric one in front of the rad as well or is it best to remove the viscuse fan and just run the electric one ?

seperat problem

also when first starting the car she runs fine but when you come to stop at junctions she does not idle she sometimes stools or the tick over is very lower then picks up , if it stools and restart at the next juction she wants to die again yet if you start the car and let it settle at the right tick over she fine, till you stop and reset (before she gets full cold ) again she will not tick over when coming to a stop .

anyone know witch sensor it might be that needs looking at ??

thanks neil
sorry if the explaination is not clear
