Title: Chassis no.? Scrap value?

I am taking a 1981 2-door Rangie to the scrappies today. I was not given a V5 when I was given the car. [-X [-X

Where will I find the chassis number if there's no VIN plate under the bonnet? Do I need the V5 to give to the scrappies? or do I just notify DVLA that it;s gone to the BIG Car Park? [-o< :cry:

Post by: Disco Matt on July 24, 2008, 14:15:51: That was probably fair if it was a complete car - bear in mind they have to strip the tyres, hoses, etc from it and dispose of any fluids, so the price they pay you will take account of that.
