Corrosion around the earth?

hi andy
can you be more persific? which earth?
thanx simon

Is probably the switch for the headlights on the left hand stalk, they seem to go on quite a fw Discos, mine did. Bout £20 for a brand new stalk which just clips in nice and easily.

I was thinking the earth between body and chassis......altho the switch does sound like a better option. Side lights bring on the dashboard lights as well so thats a reasonable conclusion. :)

thanx guys

This might be what you need http://www.paddockspares.com/pp/DISCOVERY_1/Electrics/Master_Lighting,_Indicator,_Headlamp_Dip_Switch_-_from_HA000001_to_LA081991.html

Would also recommend that you fit a couple of relays to the headlights at the same time. Makes them brighter and will also stop the stalk from burning out in the future.
