QT were doing some extended holders at the show on Saturday, but not sure if they fit a D2.

Interested to see if you find any as I really need to replace mine (as they have fallen off at some time)

would have thought qt do em. they get all there d2 stuff from a guy in america because thats all the yanks are using now!
