cracked the one in my 300tdi, is  a disco and defenda the same, also, if i was to buy a stage 1 head what else would need doing to rest of block?

Not sure, but try Paddocks or E-Bay as they are about £300 at the moment for a new one.

Try Turner Engineering for a nice gas flowed head  :afro:
