Title: Vitara poly bushes

Ok i quite sure i found the problem under my vit.Lots of knocking and banging which im sure is worn bushes everything else is tight and ok..

Very soon i going to order a poly bush kit off Dave at Bits4Vits..What sort of job is it to change them?Also how does the A-Bar Heim Joint chassis connection come apart to change that bush..
