Hi guy's, since the cold snap I've noticed that my rangie is running rough when cold. It's starting fine but run's as if it's not firing on all cylinders. As soon as it's run for a while it's ok ??? I've had probs before hand with the dizzy which has now been replaced. I dont know how the cold starting system work's on my truck :? is it just an automatic choke or is there some other wizidry going on that isnt working as it should ??? I've seen cold start injectors advertised elsewhere, what are these and do I need one

The 3.5 had an extra in jector, the 3.9 doesn't. Perhaps it needs a good service, perhaps it's suffering from condensation, I don't know. Mine is a PITA when it's cold and wet, so I park it facing the house.

so I park it facing the house.
Very funny.. lol

No, honest, it makes a difference.

I park mine next to some tall conifers -rarely any frost on it, and definately makes a difference ;)
