I'm sorry, its me again :(
You must be getting fed up with all the questions :(
I'm having problem obtaining a replacement steering wheel for my 1978 Series 3 88 Derv :(
Landrover Parts have them on back order with no delivery date :(
Craddocks don't seem to stock them either :(
Any ideas. I don't want to spend too much as there's nothing worse looking than a Brand Spanking Steering Wheel with the rest of the cab looking Used if you know what i mean

Hi,
I have one! (15in and suitably old)
No cracks, ans the spline is in good condition. There is a bit of a scuff on the bottom, but when cleaned up it should be about right in terms of age to fit a spruced up car (not too new, but not shagged!)
The center is there but has an area of rust where its got under the vinal/paint. This would really need re painting, but then may look newer than the wheel.
I can email a photo if you PM me an email address.
Say £20 and whatever it costs to post, and I can post it tomorrow (firday at the latest)
I only got it this weekend as I bought a dressed bulkhead for my S3 project and it had the wheel on it.

Arrived today :)
Its Spot on :) Many thanks for that.
Ill take a pic of the one that it is replaceing

Great, glad you like it.
You have made a lot more progress on your project than mine! so far I have only acquired bits and put them on the shelf, and got a large collection of AF tools form farm sales and car boots!
Although I did drive the thing yesterday as I needed to go to B&Q for some plasterboard. It was perfect for that job, if a little scary in rush hour traffic!

Only driven mine from our yard to next door ( mot ) didnt drive on any roads.
Bit different fom im used too, but great fun all the same :)
Cant beilieve it only took 10 mins to change the steering wheel :)
Im waiting for a nice sunny day to take some pics, we have put some carpet on the floor inside, it looks very plush now

Brian, carpet BAD idea landrovers designed to let in water wherever possible. No carpet, not mats and it dries out quickly, otherwise you'll be replacing footwells. :)
