Just out of curiosity, what's the furthest anyone has or would travel to go playing off road?
After being down in Billing the other weekend, my other 'alf had a mammoth return drive of 327 miles to get home....has anyone travelled further?
Similarly, does the idea of crossing a border put folks off?....England into Scotland etc......as what with this new border control thingy, I'm sure we no longer need passports  (...except to get back into Yorkshire perhaps! :D  )

Iceland was about 1,400 miles if you include the sea crossing.
The manic piste we drove in Guinea (14 hours of driving to cover 80 miles) was about 3,300 miles drive from Bagshot according to Google Earth, but we covered about 4,300 according to the odometer (a lot of the roads weren't exactly straight).

We drag MuddyMoo up to Perth each year for the Scottish Hillrally.
Hoping to be back again this year for the Scottish Borders Hillrally in November!
Regularly go back and forward to Wales.
In terms of how much off roading - we did over 500Kms on the Baja the other week.
One day we will go to the south of France and have a crack at the Rallye Des Cimes.
