Post by: Lincs niva on August 15, 2007, 19:31:17: Ok ive been thinking about this for a while now.Us lincolnshire offroader's dont meet up often enough which is a shame..

So how about a meeting once a month somewhere??????

It seem's all the other region's have meet's so why not us..

Anybody intrested..????

Boggert and myself, have been talking about a South Lincs meet over the last month or so and have not got around to posting :oops: , and he has been in contact with the land lady of the Tally Ho Inn at Aswarby near Sleaford.She would be happy to let us hold a gathering their.

Just a suggestion, don't want to tread on anybodys toes :lol: though I would travel further a field.

Any other suggestions??

I agree with Mash, Lincs is a large county, so it maybe that we have to have North & South meets, then meet every so often at a central location, so we can all get together?
Though I will go with the flow :)

Bloody typical aint it..Had one job all day then got a recovery on the A1 at tea time...

I was only supposed to take it to Baldock (I'd have made it back from there :( ) but as per normal I ended up taking it to south london..awww well at least I managed to get some sight seeing in lol..

Its a sad day and i'm gutted, but needs must I suppose. Its not just the car tax, but fuel and burning oil has gone through the roof, its Â£500 to fill my oil tank at home. :shock:
However I'll still come to the meets and hitch a lift when laning!

Sorry to hear that you will not be attending the meetup anymore, I think that everyone has a genuine reason for not attending.As I said on my previous post I don't like missing a meetup, and I know the last few months the attendance has dwindled, though tonight there was no way I could get over, hope you reconsider your decision :)
