As above, i think that the prop may need shortening, thats a minor point, it's all the other things like clearances that concern me more.....
I'm talking of a disc braked example..... off a 110.....
-
you can probably make anything fit if you try hard enough, but the question is why would you want to? obviously they're a stronger axle, but is it really worth it?
-
it might be.... i've broken two rear diffs in as many months, and without soending money on things like lockers which i don't need or want, i would like to find something stronger than what i have......
-
It should be possible. There will be an issue with the spring seats as 110s have a larger diameter rear spring, but I have no idea how easy that would be to sort out.
The other possibility, and possibly a better option, would be the rear axle off a P38A Rangie. This 4 pin diff in these is, I believe, the same as that used in the TD5 110 and the Wolf axle.

Thanks Wolfie, i would have thought that the 2 bolts that hold the spring platform on would be the same distance apart, therefore should be an easy fit??
Didn't know about the p38 thing... i'll do some digging around!
Cheers!

swap the rear spring perches for a pair of 90/disco ones for the springs & u need to shorten the rear prop
