Hi guys i am after some parts for a warn 9.5ti  does anyone know of anywhere in the midlands coventry area or mail order i could try cheers
-
Get hold of warn uk and ask them; having had problems with one warn supplier (not in the midlands) I don't feel I should recommend them, although others on here probably will
-
I put a similar post on a while back for Warn Ti parts and was recommended these
http://www.winchrepairs.co.uk/
I had some bits off them and found them very good.

I needed a motor gasket for a 9.5 XP and was told they weren't sold without the motor. I called Devon 4x4 who confirmed this. They took my number as they were going to call someone in the USA and try and get some. As it happened they called me back in less than 10 mins as they had found one from the last batch they had sent from the states. Hats off to devon 4x4 and poor show Warn.

-
i got a 9.5ti and the best place for bits is devon 4x4 - best availability, price and they mail the parts over fast too
go for it
-
the suspense is killing me  gotta wait at least 12 hours before i can start calling people how much do you think i am looking at for a clutch unit on a 9.5ti :?:
-
a clutch
are you sure its that thats kapputt?
I thought mine had gone and it was the brake
-
yes i think its the clutch  the arm has siezed with no movement what so ever i have taken the unit off and it still does not want to move anywhere
-
have you taken out the little grub screw and removed the lever?
-
tried to remove it but was to tight  i am going to take it to work with me tomorrow and soak it in the parts wash all day then give it another go :? is it possible to strip the unit completely :?:
-
yes u can strip it completely - dead easy and worthwhile
the clutch is a chunky unit so it would be difficult to break.
the main thing to watch is that you set up the brake properly when reassembling otherwise it wont hold.
post some pics when you get a minute

( the main thing to watch is that you set up the brake properly when reassembling otherwise it wont hold. )   .There is a way of setting them up :?: its not just a matter of slotting it all back in together then
-
no - I found out the hard way!
one way only otherwise it wont work
-
Try ARBIL in the black country as they hold spares and do repairs and import all warn stuff.
-
I know it's a yank site but here (http://warn.iwebcat.com/_Members/lookups/lookup.asp?hdnCAT=418&hdnUK=18049&hdnSts=0)is the warn online catalogue.
In case you've not already found it.
