No idea. I am guessing your headlights pop out as well then?
Both of mine do but I have a light guard which stops them totaly falling out! All I need to do it pop them back in again. It only seems to happen when I go on pay and play days.
Will watch to see where more can be obtained from for future reference.

yeah mine pop out sometimes even on road use, ive pumped silicone on the clips which works but would like to order a dozen new ones..

as far as I know you conveniently have to order the entire headlight assembly :(
could be worse, you could have to buy the entire discovery I guess

I think the part you need is STC3368 "Adjuster unit - headlamp". It's the plastic bit that the adjuster ball sits in on the back of the headlight unit.
They are 88p each from LR Direct (http://www.lrdirect.com/customer/search.php?substring=STC3368).
The adjuster screws come as a set of 3 and are part# STC1232 at £13.39 from the same place (http://www.lrdirect.com/customer/product.php?productid=125199).

Let me know if you get stuck - I've got the old ones from a headlamp change (cracked lense and flakey reflector), knocking about 'somewhere' I could dig 'em out for you and you can have 'em for postage....
Or, failing that, why not 're-enforce' the current ones - just put a fuel hose clip around it and tighten til 'snug' (not too far or youu'll crack the 'arms' off it), after teh lamp is in properly - it wont go in if you fit the clamp before..........

Are these the little white plastic clips that screw onto the back of the headlamps that the adjusters plug into? I'm pretty sure I've seen them on ebay for pennies.
... and now I've read the thread properly  what Budgie said up there
