Hi, I got a Jimny last week and i cant wait to go offroad but i need to get some more suitable tyres first. I'm thinking about buying a set of Colway ST's 205/75 r15 are these good tyres considering i do around 12000 miles a year and this is my main car. thanks in advance.

forgot to ask how much diffence the tyres would make to MPG

nothing they are crap on mpg anyway and yes to the tyres but you might have to trim the lower edge of the bumpers not a major thing to do
hope them miles are not motorway miles because the rev the balls of em at 60mph and any quicker it becomes therstier than my 4liter jeep

Mybe worth concidering have two sets of wheels. A set for day to day road use and a set for your offroading days. Worth concidering machos

Im running 235/70R15 Colway AT's on mine  (got a 3 inck lift on it to make em fit)  i get about 28 to the gallon and tend to hold steady at 60-65 on the motorway.   the 205's you mention should be fine. its a 3% increase in diameter, so expect a loss in acceleration and fuel econony.
I dont know the ST tread patern, so cant commont on what that may do.
