Post by: tomkbucks on April 10, 2007, 18:22:02
I have a bright white disco ! was thinking of either black checker plate on the bonnet , or painting the raised part matt black, what do people think ? or has anyone any pictures of something similar ?

Did you cut the plates yourself or buy it as a kit?

Got the plate kit from Rebel, the basic silver non anodised version then used the magic spray black chassis paint.

The plates came pre drilled and well formed i.e. bent to the correct curve for the body pannels. Re-drilled and rivited rather than the sugested self tapping screws.
