No it's not, it's an American law firm after business - the article talks about a total roof crush killing the driver look at the pictures very little crush there at all I suggest that seat belts were not being worn!

the tyre may have delaminated but I really doubt that any fatalities where involved.
IMO its just the typical American "law suit" culture which sadly seems to becoming away of life in a lot of other countries including the UK
