Post by: PITBULL on March 08, 2007, 17:16:15
just swapped a disco for my brothers 90 good swap or what the only problem is when he tried to start it the other week smoke came from the dashboard :?

took the clocks off only to find that 2of the wires connection covers on the ignition barrel have melted due to excess heat. i know the one is the glow plugs and if you disconnect the glow plugs it turned over but if you reconnect them it seems to just drain the battery any idea it a 2.5td
