Just been looking around for bucket seats for the front of the rangie and they are very cheap at the mo.
Just wondering if its possible to fit 5 buckets in there?
take out the rear bench and bolt them direct to the floor???
would obviously have harnesses in each seat too.
-
just measured it all up and can only fit 2 in the rear.
but how often do i carry 5 people.....
Not often at all...
-
go for it and post pics also leave enough room to fit a roll cage
-
never thought of a cage. :)
Scaffolding poles will be just as good :)
just weld it up inside the car. :D :D :D
-
what are you like!
-

thought it would be a good idea as its old interior and a horrible tan colour so i want to change it and new buckets arte cheap and will be better and more secure while off roading

Wouldn't trust my or my passengers safety to a scaffolding pole cage...
If yer gonna do it... do it right!
-
im fitting some bucket seats in the back of my double cab soon ,as well as re designing the cage
will post pics when it eventually happens
