In one of the mags, this month or last, there was a bit on new kit which I'm sure included the full kit, zorst and pipes etc for doing this conversion and was about £125, but can I find the magazine now....

Think it was in LRO, but may have been another

there was a post on here too the other week.

seemed fairly straight forward and a worth while mod using a disco lump

steve parker is the person u want to search out,he does a disco down pipe to allow fitment of a disco engine into a defender,im to tight to buy one so made one

Steve parker does a conversion kit that has the exhaust and all the intercooler pipes.  I bought the SP downpipe and made up all the rest of the plumbing myself.  Most expensive bits were the oil cooler and power steering pipes.

like mike im a tight arse and made me own  :lol:
a pajero down pipe bolts straight on, cant remember what engine tho  :roll:
but binned it after a month or so anyhows  :roll:   :lol:
and fitted a disco box

call me snazzy, i modified the flanges of a 19J inlet manifold and used that and a TDI DEF exhaust manifold and down pipe. works a treat. pics to follow.

ive just kept the std disco elbow  :wink:
no restriction in my zuast like normal 200 90's  :lol:   :wink:
