been to the Docs for my 1st monthly checkup -and the result is

I HAVE LOST JUST OVER A STONE

so if i keep this up, should be at my target in May..;) :D:D:D:D

Keep up the great work and you'll be fit and ready for the summer. Don't forget, weight loss reduces a bit once you get closer to your target weight. Finding the right combination of food will keep things on track though. :wink:

have been looking through, but some weird and wacky recipes in there!! lol
need to lose another 4 stone or more, so i'm gonna keep plugging at it!!

Well done though all of you who have lost weight. In news the other day lipo suction has increased big time on the number of people having it to loose weight fast. Cant be good for you :?

Post by: bezzabsa on February 01, 2007, 19:17:36: lightweight!!!! lol get out there and live a little before kids...well thats what i said - my youngest has just gone 3 - and im 41 in 7 months :shock: eldest is coming 15, beeen married twice - 1st time nearly 3 years - this time will be 12 years in October.. been overweight most of my life - but last couple of year sits really piled on, so it has to go!!!!

But I waited till 40 to have my first , then 41 frew past now 42 this year and my waist is catching up to my age :shock:
