My mate treated himself to this brand new
-
and he gave this this with a shed full of spares ..
-
Hmm, i approve of the bonatti grey buyt not the white roof! Otherwise it looks nice, i hope he got it in at least county if not XS trim with lots of extras, at this late stage i personally would have been holding out for the new model unless this one was mega cheap!
-
sorry this is a better picture
-
we got 2 grand knocked off the price on the window and when the sales man went out back to see if he could get it any better i phoned up their sister dealership to ask for a price. when the salesman returned we got another 200 off
Saving £2200 and yes it got all the toys.

lol
How strange....what an odd spec its turning out to be, i've also noticed its got black wheel arch spats rather than painted ones, doesnt look like its got the TD5 bumper ends on the front bumper and i'm sure its just the angle but the front and rear alloys look different!
-
also the steering wheel looks like the flat one without the airbag

None have airbags, but it does look like the flat one rather than the TD5 humped one.
-
ok then i will swap that 90 for mine!
-
wheels are all the same including ali spare.
He was after one without the rear windows.
Td5 with electric windows, radio cd player and lots more.
He has always had landrovers and when he retired he said he get a van, so he brought this last weekend.
As he said, dog, fishing and the odd plumming job...what else could he want.

I'm sorry but NO NO NO, the Landrover fashion Police will be all over that 90 like a bad rash.
Get him to book it in with the nearest spray shop and get the roof sprayed... god I know (as an ex 101 Ambi owner) beauty is in the eye of the beholder but that roof... arrghhhhh I need a bucket.
-
we got the 90 with the white roofs at are hire depot they just look wrong
-
I quite like the white roof
will keep it cooler in the summer
-
i really like it. would love to trade my '95 300TDI hardtop 90 for a newer TD5 one.
-
Don't like the TD5, metallic and alloys don't do it for me. The white one is sweet 8)
-
davidlandy, thinking rite :) , and also keeps its original style, u know country
-
that is not a county...
-
...no what i mean is, it gives a sense that its still a country vehicle and and land rovers not losing it :)
-

Simple things eh Jim :P
-
Looks like an "E" spec (hence no rear windows) with dealer fitted Alloys.
Should just have a tray where you would put the cubby box, or may have a centre seat.
-
You can get county's with white roofs but they wont have the alpine lights. Not sure about black arches but deffo a peasant spec tarted up to sell. Still nice though!

I used to have a white roof, but it now has that lovely Land Rover green algae feature that you get when you park it in the drive under an apple tree.
:D :D
-

There must be some corking bargains out there on Td5s.
I just couldn't resist the 2007 model. Seven weeks and counting until my avatar changes to my real truck...

Nah mudmoney your's is fine... nothing against blue and nothing against white... It't just that my mind has been conditioned to accept metalic blue as having a metalic blue roof too.
I think if the one at the start had white 8 spokes it would look more balanced ... if not dated... and wrong.... What is the number for Crime stoppers again?
I've got a gloss roller here... come on... you know you want to
Cor... Fat Willies Sticker takes me back a year or two!
-
Can't see what all the fuss is about.. White is a nice classic look imho.
-
cant beat white
