That all of the news agencies have nearly stopped reporting the conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan?

Always used to be top of the agenda, so much so that I stopped watching the news, now it doesn`t even get a look in.
They are up to something.

well the star is all about xfactor and the mail is all about murders... cant comment on others as pub dont get them

For the more cynical amonst us, it is now coming up to the Festive season and our dear lords and masters want us all to have a good time, get merry and therefore not think about what naughty tricks the Government are up to.
It has happened before and will continue to do so.

Although now apparently the government has decided to by-pass the laws of this country in order to protect an arms deal.  That's rather convenient.  Now we know we live in a country where it's acceptable to ignore the laws of the land in order to protect the commercial interests of our arms manufacturers.

Perhaps I should break some law, and then claim that it is 'Not in the interests of National Security' to be prosecuted.
Somehow I don't think that I would get away with it.

Go on, it's worth a try.  Maybe you could punch Tony Blair in the face and claim it's in the interests of national security.  I can't see many people would disagree with you.
