got the old one out,
MM 4x4 did a fantastic job of sending a new headlining without fittings as requested!
2nd time they let me down!
ended up going to a couple of car dealers in the area to pick up and found them in the end (bloody 20p each)
had to cut the new headlining for speakers (what a job that was) would suggest a dremel to anyone else trying it.
all set to go in tomorrow eve

Got the back in, what a ball ache,
next time will take the dog guard out...
isn't it great that these things come pre drilled but not one hole matches the vehicle?
it would make more sense to not pre drill them
New lights on the way, should be here tomorrow.
Good instructions came with the roof lining
"Do not drill through the roof"
(bet no one would admit to that one)

The instructions sound very helpful.
How much did the lit cost you from MM?
Did you consider a DIY option as opposed to the bought option.

the lining was £100 from mm, lights 12 each (complete with bulb and plastic lense cover)
i didn't even consider a diy option for the lining, at £100 you cannot go wrong, it does look good once in and being fiberglass should be there for a while.

I didn't realise that it was so cheap.
I'll do the same then as i'm most probably buying a Range Rover at the weekend and the headlining is getting a bit personal with the carpet.
Many Thanks

Ask for richard in parts, he'll sort it out for you.
It does not come with the clips, he may be able to send them also, i bought some from Skoda (of all places) at 20p each
only thing was having to put grey primer on them to change them from black

Keith, can you give me a contact number/address for MM,where you got your head-lining from. Mine is liveable with but the electric sun-roof bit is beyond it. I hope it can be bought separate.
I tried Lasalle but they don't make one compatable with an electric sunroof.---Cheers--Tony

Just what I need being a"newbie" to Rangies, certainly seems to be a good firm for parts, up here we have nowt to choose from apart from Main Dealers. The odd indipendant place but they charge an arm & a leg.--Thanks--Tony

Damm, yet again, they dont cater for Electric Sunroofs, does anyone know a replacement headlining firm that does? :( :(
