Title: Removing windows
Post by: Leigh on November 20, 2006, 20:21:02
I want to remove the rear and corner windows on the back of a truck cab for respraying which I think is a better option than taping them up.
Are the rubber seals re usable and is there a particular way of removing them without damaging them?

Thanks in advance

Yup, did mine at the weekend - replacement is almost as easy, just need a bit of lube ( - washing up liquid is good), and a piece of thin nylon cord.

Although I'm refitting my windows, I'll be blanking them from the inside so that thieving little scrotes can't use them as a 'point of entry'
