DONT.
If it dosnt work 1st time then you have had it.
Promised call back from tier 3 support in 3-5 days. 3 weeks later I am still waiting dispit 7-8 calls to their Tier 1 support (who cant talk to tier 3 or put you through to them). Customer services wont talk to you about it.
Finaly decided I had had enough and cancel. "It will take 30 days to clear all the tags from your line so that you can use another ISP" !!! Go to check it on another forum and the 1st post I find says the guy has been waiting 59 days and still sky are blocking his new ISP.
We are going with cable now. They will come and put a brand new line in for free and it will be done a week on friday. Only a 2 meg line but what the hell its a damn sight faster than Sky.
And thanks to the unknown person that has left his wireless open so I can post his.

It takes 7 days to clear the line. I dont like AOhell but I know people who changed to AOhell and were up and running within 10 days of moving.
I have heard a lot of bad things about Sky BB. As for cable, its good unless theres a lot of people on it whee you are and can slow a lot. I have a BB wireless router here if you need one :?: :D
Also take a look at www.adslguide.org

Speak to BT, they can clear the DSL immediately. Did for me when I cancelled Zen and started a new contract with Demon. :)
And no it wasn't a migration, it was a cancel and order fresh. :)
