Title: Fitting Side steps

Anyone fitted LR side steps without a special tool to install the riv-nuts??, or anyone around NE area got one I can borrow  :lol:

They don't really tell you that you need a special tool when you buy them  :roll:

See my piccies on MAD FL site and you could make a simple version of the plates shown by drilling and tapping some 4mm plate steel and fitting through larger holes that would eliminate the need for rivnuts completely and would not be prone to coming loose as riv-nuts are...Think I have posted full desructions on here somewhere...Any probs anfd will try and get some better pics

Gonna have to get the laser pointer out  :)
