Depends on a lot of things and mileage is not the biggest of them.  Is the engine a transplant anyway?

On RR, no way.  It would have been built with a VM engine.  The soft dash, aka Classic aka 300series would have had the 300TDi.

I have one , it's a K reg 200 tdi gen factroy fitted.
I would say that if it is in general condition its worth about 1200 to 1400 pounds any questions just ask.
