hi
406 (u900) 5.7 diesel could have the 8 speed box or the 20 speed cascade box(check they have lots of probs)
what are you going to use it for (work/funtoy)
i was after a mog from being a kid i to was looking for a 406 for a playtoy
but they fech £2500 for a scrapper some at £4500 were ruff
try simon at atkinson vos (www.unimogs.co.uk)
i saw a 411 there and fell in love with the ugly duckling i had to get one minimog 1.8 diesel 67" wheelbase it was perfect for a playtoy

how did Petes Argocat compare with the mog then?
Title: argo versus mog
Post by: moggs on November 15, 2006, 19:25:46
petes argo was ok but i still had to save his bacon put it that way, i warned him of the flaws of argocats and he was caught out by them, when he learns to drive it corectly he may have a chance of keeping up !!!!!
low ground clearance deep ruts and in experience dont mix very goodly
oh well he will get better
cheers chris and why where you not at the farm then ???
