I have just been quoted £400 by my Nissan dealer to fit a tow bar but they can't fit it untill September.
Could do with having one fitted this week any ideas?

Have you got the Unit? I assume the majority of it just bolts on so it shouldn't be too hard.

I had a BOSAL Swan neck towbar fitted to my D40 £180, it is very neat and discreet, better than the flange type.. see photos

thats a nice neat looking one there mate :) neater than the one i had fitted.
They also double up as a Plough when you off road :(

I just chopped the ML for a Narvara, the first problem is you cant drop tailboard down vertical, as bumper in the way.
So i am going to make some quarter bumpers, and the rear bumper part where the tailgate will drop, will be able to drop down under car.
this allows access to rear with forklift, with pallets.
I will also have to make a detachable tow bar, which should upset the CE marking people.
I will post some pics when i get done.
Then i will be making a front bumper protector to match rear.
