did mine in two hours the other night but lucky enough had swapped it all a couple of months ago and that took me 5 hours due to a few rusty bits and pieces

I have been 3 hours doing the rear springs and shocks on my disco today. may have been the heat, but had to grind the shock nuts off.

The real time consumer is if any of the suspension brakets are rusted to bits, which would probably need a fabrication repair job (been there, done that, put weld splatter through the tee shirt).
