Well I had the 90 tested last week & the sorn ran out on thursday & the tax & insurance ran out on the gokart (Rover 100), so I thought I'd better pull my finger out & get it finished. I took Thursday & Friday off work (didn't have to drive illegally!) to rub down, mask off & spray. It took me most of thursday to rub down (working at a nice leisurely pace ofcourse), I masked off & sprayed it on Friday & put the bits back on yesterday afternoon.
I drove it properly for the first time in about 2 and a half years today :D
It was soooooooo good 8) 8) 8) 8) 8)
Oh BTW I forgot to put sun lotion on on the thursday & wore a T shirt that was a bit too short for me when bent over rubbing the paint down, & burnt my builders ar*e

Thanks for the replies guys!
I'm pleased with the way it turned out.
I know what you mean Tigger, there's always another job to do
Anyway, I have a dilema.........
Do I leave it as it is, or sticker it up?
I think it may be a bit "black", a bit of a blank canvas
What would you do??????
Jeff

get the MC stickers on it
-
Such a sweet looking ride dont sticker it up,
just a couple of discreet mud-club ones maybe. Ones with no background would be best.
-
Yeah! I think you may be right fellas.
I've got a truck cab (swapped with Matt H) which I put on before spraying. Made the masking alot easier
-
Sorry to hear about your burnt bits  but the 90's a cracking looking motor, well done 8) .......... just sit back an' enjoy the ride now :D
Like Tim say's though ................ there's always something more you'll want to do, LandRovers ............ it's an addiction really
