Be careful that the email you received wasnt a fake. This was happening alot recently, and when you log in, you actually give them your new details too. :?

I never use the links to ebay, only go from the home page and log on from there :!:

Yep, I had this happen to me earlier this year, someone was selling Nokia phones using my account. Only ever answer E bay messages after logging into the "My E bay Page" from the main page.

Be careful when following links to auctions, even from Mud Club. I have seen the occasional ebay auction which contains links to fake login pages.

If it is an email from ebay, they will start it with your actual name, not your eBay name.

Not had any problems as yet, only a few 'give us your details' emails.

Mostly ignore them, except once my log in name began with 'F', and my password began with 'O'!!
