Because knowing how all things work, this is what will happen.
Crude Oil from Rigs -> Refinary in France -> Depot in south england -> USA depot -> France again -> Japan -> Scotland ports -> USA again -> Ports in Scotland -> Fuel Station.

Welcome to our world!!
Petrol is 102.9p per litre and Diesel is 105.9p per litre up here and has been over £1 a litre for months now, infact I just looked back through my posts and in September 2005 it was the same price!!
It dropped a wee bit over christmas and petrol went down to 98.9p but diesel has remained above £1 per litre since about August last year so think yourselves lucky it's only getting to you now!!
-
Digressing slightly, but still onridiculous prices.
I was sent to the local supermarket yesterday afternoon to pick ups a couple of 12-packs (Stella Artois & John Smiths) for the wife & in-laws.
Now the price of all that nasty alcohol stuff is legalised robbery!!
The shelf price breakdown showed it at something like £2.75/litre
For basically a few plants & water
Makes you want to shout from the rooftops about how cheap diesel (& petrol) are in comparison
Morale Of The Story Is; If you drink alcohol stop it. Spend the moneyon fuel instead, then think how much money you'll be saving
(I'm tee-total, so it doesn't make any difference to me)
-
still 39.9 @ morrisons enfield :D
whats all the fuss about?

99.9p at the severvises
