I'd recommend a good manual, the original LR publications are available from Brooklands Books (http://www.brooklands-books.com/), but for quite a bit of stuff on Landies the Haynes manuals are adequate, including the wiring diagrams. Haynes manuals are available at Halfords, and quite possibly high street bookshops.

As the diagram is part of a copyright publication the is no website, to my knowledge, where it is legally available.

I think the wiring diagrams are in the link labelled workshop manual No5. Scroll down to around the 80th page and they should be there

I've found them very useful for wiring up my 90

There is also a good wiring diagram in the back of the owners handbook, this covers all models up to the introduction of the Defender and is available from the magazine bookshop for about £12.
