Anyone could tell me best place to weld/Fix on some heavy duty recovery shackles on front and back of Lightweight

You can buy some lashing eye type for not a lot of money that are designed for light weights, they bolt through the front bunmper just inside where the dumbiron is.
This pic shows the lashing eye type

Or you could go for Bumper 'D' Rings for the front. Fit them in pairs so you can use them as a bridle. They fit by using the chassis dumb iron bolts plus two short 40mm set screws through the bumper.
Can't find a pic of 'D' ring ones right now unless i go up the farm and take a pic of the other LWT which i am pretty sure still has them fitted. (NO you can't have them sadly i need them for one of mine bud)
Some people say not to use the lashing eyes for recovery because essentially they were for lashing the vehicle down to stuff, but I personally have never had a problem being recovered using them. In respect to 'D' rings again i have used them too and found them just as useful.
Personally i would get hold of both but if cash is a problem go for 'D' rings, can get em from most landrover places.

Hope this helps
