Colin, i cut off about 7 inches from the rear crossmember and fabricated my own with 6 mm box..cut and shut the ends. I have just taken it off to fit 2 recovery swivels.
Helps the departure angle massivly and cost next to nothing.

I put other as I made my own. I will post a pic when its fully finished.
I am working on a disco rear with winch mount as we speak :D
-
Standard, but with some holes drilled in it to lighten it, but I guess that's not why you are asking!

Mines a bit of Frankenstein: Started life as a Safari Guard (I'm pretty sure) was modified with the rub rails on the side, modified for a 2" body lift, then cut back down for a non body lift. Has skid plates under each rear quarter, which is nice, and has a plate that bolts the leading edge of the quarter panel protectors to the body. There is a tank skid that goes with it, not on in the pictures. Had to trim the bottom of the rear quarters to fit it. I'll be adding some heavier recovery shackles inline with the frame later.

Thanks everyone so far, keep them comming people.
