Title: Britpart - does anybody know?
Post by: Neil Jones on March 06, 2006, 14:42:52: I am doing my business studies project on Britpart and Autopost - 2 Landy spares companies - I have just downloaded the company report for Britpart from March last year and they say they are dormant, and only have Ã‚Â£2. Does anyone have any idea what may be causing this? Or are they very sly?!

Post by: thermidorthelobster on March 06, 2006, 14:52:04: They're still alive and well, so I presume it's to do with the company structure. Rather than Brit-part UK ltd (the name registered at Companies House) they're probably somebody else T/A Britpart at the moment.

do a seach at companies house http://wck2.companieshouse.gov.uk/79f9051a0f458b8373d1fab4571a8e67//wcframe?name=accessCompanyInfo on "Border Holdings (UK) Ltd"
I would expect this is the company that you want the information on.

You could always ask Britpart to confirm this.
